Dr. Bernstein joined the practice in 2008 and is the head of the Interventional Radiology department. Dr. Bernstein earned his M.D. and Ph.D. from New York Medical in Valhalla, NY. While in medical school, Dr. Bernstein was invited three years in a row to the NY Medical College Graduate Student Research Forum based on papers he submitted, and earned an award at each. He was awarded 2nd place speaker at the Eleventh Annual Dean's Medical Student Research Forum. While he was at SUNY Stony Brook, he was awarded the Roentgen Resident / Fellow Research Award.
