Dr. Tubman joined UDMI in 2007 and is the head of the Neuroradiology department. Prior to joining UDMI, Dr. Tubman was an attending radiologist in Diagnostic Radiology and Neuroradiology and the Director of Interventional Pain Managementat at Staten Island University Hospital/Goethals Radiology.
